3mm Diameter Pin, Glass Filled PTFE. Replacement part for CG2096 series of High Viscosity Agitators. High viscosity agitator, made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE, provides excellent stirring at the bottom of 2L through 20L reactors, especially when heavy slurries are being mixed. Agitator attaches to stir shaft by both a compression fitting and a glass filled PTFE safety pin. Heavy duty blades are 7mm thick. Supplied complete with one glass filled PTFE safety pin.

Agitator, PTFE, 10mm, Four Blade, 100mm Dia, Fits Shaft Size 10mm, 60¿ Impeller Angle. Agitators are made entirely of PTFE and glass filled PTFE and are for use with 10mm OD stirrer shaft CG-2075-B. Available in 45¿, 60¿ and 90¿ impeller angles. The 45¿ and 60¿ impellers are set up to stir downwards in a clockwise direction and upwards when rotated counter-clockwise. Agitator hub is open so that it can be positioned anywhere along the stirrer shaft and locks onto shaft with a glass filled TFE screw.

Side Support Shelf, PTFE Coated Aluminum, Non-Folding, 12" W x 19" L. Removable side shelves for Chemglass reactor support frames offer convenient support for the Chemglass data logger, motor controller, temperature monitor/controller, reagent bottles, etc. Shelves attach to the uprights of the support frame via PTFE coated aluminum mounting brackets. Shelves are constructed of aluminum and PTFE coated for chemical resistance. Units can be mounted on either side of the reactor frame.

Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. The top end of the stirrer shaft is reduced to 1/2" (12.7mm) to fit into a CG-2046-03 universal adapter while the unground length varies to accommodate different flask capacities. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER BLADES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF PTFE BEARING.
